I just wanted to write and say thank you to all of you who are praying for me. I want to say thank you for all of you who support what I am doing. It means a lot to know that you have so many people who are pulling for you. What is even more amazing is when they are so willing to let you know.
I am thankful for all of the wonderful teachers that I have had in my life. I will name a few (if I leave you out don't hate me) my Mom and Dad, my brother, my cousin John, My pastor Sonny, my first real boss Larry, my cousin Nic, My grandpa Harry, and my girlfriend Kara.
If it wasn't for these people I wouldn't be where I am and I wouldn't be as happy as I am. I have learned some amazing things from these people and I hope I can share just an ounce of wisdom with somebody, as these people have shared with me.
- I can do anything that I put my mind to.
- Don't ever regret anything.
- What is it worth if you don't have fun doing it?
- The greatest fullfillment in life is helping someone else.
- Friendship is something to be trully thankful for.
- It doesn't take much to quit something, but it takes everything you have to finish.
- Whatever you do, make sure that it is done right.
- Sometimes crying is a good thing (thanks mom :) )
- Use your talents for good no matter what they are.
These are just a few of the lessons that I have learned. I am thankful everyday that I have these people in my life to help along the way. Even though sometimes it seems as though I don't appreciate them. I do and I wouldn't given them up for the world.
Thank You

Hey Brian! I wish I had just a little of your positive attitude. It is weird to think that when I get home- you´ll be there too! Miss ya, Sarah.
Hi Brian:
Sounds like you are learning a lot and enjoying medicine as much as you hoped. An now they tell me you are a known life saver. Your the best. Come home soon. You are in our prayers every day. Stay safe, We love you.

Hi B, was glad to see another posting. Had not heard from you for awhile, but know you have lot's to do. I enjoy reading your posts. We are packing and our last night at our house is Friday night.
Have thought of you alot when packing especially when I found all the Top Ramen not eaten that you always liked. I'm remembering special times when you would just pop in for a visit. Miss you buddy.
We love you so much and pray for you every day. God bless and keep you. Aunt Esther and Uncle John
Miss you... stay safe...
Hey Brian!
It's awesome to still feel so connected, even though you're on the other side of the world. (I guess that just comes from being family - my brother!) I greatly appreciate all that you are doing in Kuwait for all of us here in the States. Keep learning, keep absorbing, continue to allow God to grow you in and through all of your experiences. I know He still has even more for you. I love you and continue to pray for you daily! Take Care -
Sonny
Oh yeah - Thanks for including me as one of your "teachers". It makes me feel old, but it also makes me feel good. Trust me, you're not the only one learning. Here's a piece of advice my grandfather gave me a long time ago, and I'll pass it on to you. "Anything worthwhile will cost you something...just make sure it doesn't cost you your integrity."
Well tell Kara that it's not so rare in our family :) And Sonny don't feel old cuz you're in there with me... although Grandpa Breckley is in there too so... :) Anyway, speaking of Grandpa, remember sitting in the den watching the news with the volume at +89, then walking into the next room to play and being told to quiet down :) Or playing in the backyard, hearing him yell our names, or at least two of his grandkids names and knowing he meant us :) Or getting THE RING for leaving a half can of soda on the table for two minutes while going to the bathroom. I miss that old guy too, I kinda wonder where he's at actually, and I'm here in the states so you're not the only one haha. :)
